Cashew was first introduced in Vietnam back in the 19th century. From 1990, Vietnam started leading the charts of producing and exporting cashew nuts to other countries. Over 66 percent of the world’s export of cashew kernels is accounted for by Vietnam. Cashew nuts from Vietnam are consumed in as many as 90 countries all over the world.
